At Julia Jordan, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
What to Expect:
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
Next-Day Air Orders: Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day.

Standard Shipping (2-3 Business Days)
- FREE Shipping on all orders $50+
- Carrier rates apply for orders under $50
Expedited Shipping
- UPS Next Day Air: $35.00
DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY
Julia Jordan currently ships within the continental United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shopjuliajordan@zargroupny.com with:
- Your name
- Email address
- Order number
We’ll look into it right away!
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
DELAYS & ISSUES
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Julia Jordan is not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at shopjuliajordan@zargroupny.com and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
