Terms and Conditions for "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" Promotion

The following terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" promotion ("Promotion") offered by Julia Jordan ("Company"). By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• The Promotion is valid on the purchase of qualifying dresses only, as designated by the Company.
• Customers must purchase two (2) eligible dresses in a single transaction to receive one (1) eligible dress of equal or lesser value for free.

2. Conditions of the Free Dress

• The free dress cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.
• The free dress is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.

3. Return Policy for Purchased Dresses

• If one or both of the purchased dresses are returned, the customer will be charged the full retail price of the free dress.
• This charge will be applied to the customer’s original payment method upon processing the return.
• Refunds for returned dresses will only be issued after the additional charge for the free dress has been successfully processed.

4. Additional Restrictions

• The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions unless otherwise stated by the Company.
• The Promotion applies only to eligible items listed on the Company’s website or in-store and is subject to availability.

5. Transparency at Checkout

• All terms regarding the return policy and the free dress conditions will be clearly displayed at checkout, and customers are required to acknowledge these terms before completing their purchase.

6. Disputes and Amendments

• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any disputes arising from this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Company.
