All orders are processed between 2-3 days excluding Saturday and Sunday. After receiving your order you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Next-day air shipments placed after 1 pm EST will be shipped the following day.
Domestic shipping:
All orders over $100 qualify for free shipping within the Continental United States.
International shipping will be calculated at checkout. Your order might be subject to import duties and taxes including VAT incurred when your shipment reaches your destination country. Shopjuliajordan is not responsible for these charges if applied and is the responsibility of the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving a confirmation email please write to shopjuliajordan@zargroupny.com with your name, email, and order number and we will look into it.

Returns:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at shopjuliajordan@zargroupny.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
