Refund policy

At Julia Jordan, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

RETURNS

Return Timeframe

Merchandise may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

Return Fees

  • $9.99 shipping fee (deducted from refund)
  • 5% restocking fee per item beyond the first

Return Conditions

All returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Free from marks, stains, odors, perfume, or pet hair

How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, click HERE or contact our customer service team at shopjuliajordan@zargroupny.com. You will receive instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned items. Once approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method minus applicable fees. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Returns After 15 Days

Returns are not accepted after 15 days from delivery.

Exception: Orders placed during promotional periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.) may only be refunded in the form of store credit. Please contact customer service for details.

EXCHANGES

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges on all US orders! 

Your first exchange from an order is free. Any subsequent exchanges from the same order will be subject to standard return fees.

How to Exchange

All exchanges must be processed through our customer service team. Please contact us at shopjuliajordan@zargroupny.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item you’d like to exchange
  • Your preferred size, color, or style

We’ll guide you through the exchange process and ensure you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

Exchange Timeline

Exchanges are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving your original item. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details for your new order. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All sales are final on clearance, sale, and items marked as “Final Sale.”

Final sale items are NOT eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items returned after the 15-day window

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at shopjuliajordan@zargroupny.com before returning it. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at our expense. Please note that items damaged after wear cannot be accepted for return.

SHIPPING COSTS

All original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

STORE CREDIT

Store credit is issued in the form of credit applied to your account for future purchases at shopjuliajordan.com.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Julia Jordan does not currently offer international shipping.
